Zen’s FPS50 and W40 steel door and window systems are independently tested and certified by Intertek SAI Global to Australian Standard AS 2047-2014.
Our certification is held by Zen Building Group Pty Ltd, the company behind Zen Doors & Windows, under Licence No. SMK41372. This independently verifies the performance, quality and compliance of our certified systems with Australian building requirements.

Up to 10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Zen products are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, correct installation and appropriate maintenance.
Our current warranty provides 10 years on paint and coating, 6 years on glass, and 5 years on structural and mechanical components, including frames, hardware, welds and components.
The warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and reflects our commitment to the long-term quality and performance of every Zen product.
Seven-stage BASF Advanced Coating System
Zen products are finished using an advanced seven-stage BASF coating system, engineered to provide strong adhesion, colour stability and long-term resistance to corrosion and weathering. The result is a refined architectural finish designed for lasting performance across both interior and exterior applications.
Galvanised Steel Profiles
Zen uses galvanised steel profiles and panels to provide additional protection against corrosion and improve long-term durability. This added layer of protection is particularly important for architectural doors and windows exposed to external conditions.

Zen Doors & Windows is a Melbourne-based manufacturer and designer of bespoke architectural steel doors and window systems, operating as part of Zen Building Group Pty Ltd alongside Zen Fireplaces.
The group was founded by designer and entrepreneur John Terziovski with a clear ambition: to create some of the most distinctive and memorable architectural steel products in the world.
