  • Film thickness > 25 µm
  • High-temperature bake; polish with 1000-grit sandpaper; inspection
  • Clean again; film thickness > 40 µm
  • High-temperature bake; overall grind with 600-grit sandpaper; inspection
  • Surface clean; no exposed base
  • Film thickness > 35 µm
  • High-temperature bake; quality inspection
  • Apply any special colour; finish with clear coat
Provide a clean, firm substrate for the overall coating; final sprayed
coating thickness ≥ 160 µm.

PLEASE NOTE: A marine-grade paint finish is available at an additional cost for doors and windows located in coastal environments or installed in bathrooms and other wet areas. This upgrade is recommended to ensure enhanced durability and corrosion resistance in high-moisture settings.
