This is due to the COVID-19 Pandemic which has heavily impacted importing goods into Australia by reduced number of shipments, Australian Ports operating at reduced capacity and heavy delays unloading containers at all major ports due to the backlog.

  4. What door type are you interested in, Pivot, Hinge, Sliding, Stacking, Barn, Bifold?
  5. If glass doors or windows what glass type?
  6. Single or Double Glazed?
  7. What handles are you interested in?
  8. If standing outside in front of the door, does your door swing inwards or outwards? (Zen Iron Entry Doors only swing inwards, so they seal weather tight)
  9. What direction is the swing, left or right?
  10. What is the entry door size you require? Please provide the door jamb space available in mm. This is the full opening width, wall to wall. We provide the full door jamb and door panel.
  11. Do you have architectural plans you can send to us?
  12. What is the delivery address? This will help us provide an estimate faster.
  13. Do you have a builder, carpenter or installer who can install your door? As we only supply our doors to site and don't handle installation.
