Defined by its crisp white palette and sculptural geometry, the Concord White Residence is a refined contemporary home where architecture, glazing and natural light work as one.
The façade is deliberately restrained, with expansive glazing set within strong architectural forms to create a sense of openness without compromising the solidity of the building. Finished in white, the door and window framing integrates quietly into the surrounding architecture, allowing the scale of the glass and the purity of the façade to take precedence.
A dramatic double-height glazed section beside the entry offers a glimpse of the curved staircase within, turning an internal architectural feature into part of the external composition. Above, full-height glazing opens the upper level to natural light, while the sweeping balcony softens the otherwise linear geometry of the residence.
Rather than contrasting against the architecture, the glazing systems become almost recessive — maintaining clean sightlines and reinforcing the home’s monochromatic design language.
The result is a highly resolved residence where simplicity is achieved through precision: expansive glass, considered proportions and a seamless white finish creating a distinctly contemporary architectural statement.
